Dear Lindsay Lohan

I know life in the spotlight has not been kind to you. I don’t pretend to know what you feel and where you are in your life. I am just a guy with a blog and am really no one to you, but I do understand the way Islam is practiced in some parts of the world. The media is reporting that you have been toying with the idea of converting to Islam due to friends who are Saudi. In this I have but a warning.  You must understand that Islam is not a religion that you can simply leave after you decide to become one. Should you go to Saudi Arabia you may find those friendly smiles that convinced you to convert turn into something else. Saudi Arabia (SA) is the largest exporter of terrorism via the funding of Wahhabi/Salafi Islam throughout the world. 15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudi. Saudi Arabia has a place known as “chop chop square” where apostasy is punished by being beheaded. It’s not uncommon for women to be deprived of their passports once inside the SA. This is both an intimidation tactic and an attempt at controlling and enslaving people. As I said, I don’t know how you feel about your life and what you are looking for, but please be careful. This is a decision that can make your life significantly worse in the long run.
